Hence, I will propose that US government should devise legislations and policies that would effectively eliminate minor stake in alcohol consumption. Furthermore, the government should introduce social programs that address alcohol consumption, through engaging the alcohol consumers to seminars and workshops, which will play a great role in minimizing the number of alcohol consumers.
